Our 30-day guarantee

If a guide isn't right for you or your pet, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to send anything back.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@everythingbutthepet.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number if you have it (it's in your receipt from Payhip). We'll confirm by email once the refund is on its way.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Download problems

If your download link didn't arrive or won't open, tell us before asking for a refund. We'll resend it or send the file directly, usually the same day.

Free downloads

Free printables, like the puppy potty log, are free, so there's nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Fair use

The guarantee is there for people who bought a guide in good faith. If we see repeated buy-and-refund requests from the same person, we may decline further purchases from them.
