These terms apply when you use www.everythingbutthepet.com or buy a guide from Attain Brands, LLC dba Everything But The Pet ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading a guide, you agree to them.
Our guides
Our guides are printable PDF files sized for US Letter paper. Nothing is shipped. After checkout, Payhip emails you a download link, which doesn't expire.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout is run by Payhip, which processes your payment and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Your receipt comes from Payhip.
We sometimes offer a lower price, such as a welcome price for new subscribers. Those offers are for the person they were sent to and may end without notice.
Refunds
Every paid guide comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are on our refunds page.
What you can do with a guide
When you buy a guide, you get a personal license to use it in your own home. You can:
- download it, keep it and print as many copies as your household needs
- save it on your own devices
You can't share, resell, upload, post or give away the file or printed copies, or use it in paid classes or a business, without our written permission. Trainers, shelters and rescues who want to use our guides with their clients: please email us. We're glad to talk.

Training advice is general guidance
Our guides offer general, reward-based training guidance for typical healthy puppies and pets. They are not veterinary or behavioral advice for your individual animal, and every animal is different, so results vary.
Talk to your veterinarian before starting any new routine if your pet is unwell, injured, very young or not fully vaccinated. For aggression, severe fear or anxiety, or anything that worries you, get help from your vet or a qualified, certified trainer or behaviorist. Always supervise your pet during training, with children, around other animals and near roads.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to make our guides accurate and useful, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss, injury or damage that comes from using them, and our total responsibility to you for any claim about a guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

If you sign up for a free printable or a waitlist, we'll send you related emails, including offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy a guide is the one that applies to that purchase.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
